Receipts Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Receipts, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Giveaway Period:
Entries will be accepted starting August 4, 2025 12:01 AM ET] and ending August 25, 2025 11:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). All times are Eastern Time unless otherwise stated.

How to Enter:
Follow @receipts_xyz on Instagram, like the giveaway post, and tag one friend in the comments.

Winner Selection:
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will take place within one week after the Entry Period ends. Odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize Package Includes:

• One (1) $500 AMEX gift card (intended for race entry fees for two participants)

• One (1) $1,000 airline gift card (winner can choose from Delta, American, or United; intended for round-trip airfare for two)

• One (1) $1,000 Marriott Hotels gift card (intended for three nights of hotel accommodation)
  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500.

Prize Details:

• Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.

• Travel arrangements and bookings are the responsibility of the winner.

• No cash substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by Receipts, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

• Winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly included in the prize description, including but not limited to taxes, additional travel costs, meals, and incidentals.

Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Publicity Release:
By entering, you grant Receipts the right to use your name, handle, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
